  Born in the small island - nation of Cyprus, was raised with the Christian Orthodox faith in the Hellenic heritage and traditions. Married to Anna C. Zachariades, an elementary school teacher, in 1973. Emigrated to the United States with their newly-born daughter and joined wife’s family in 1974. Currently residing with children Eliza (22) and Demetrios (17) in Kinnelon, New Jersey.

  Attended Saint Peter’s College, Jersey City, NJ and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. Degree in Accountancy in 1978. Soon after graduation, joined the audit staff of the international accounting firm of Ernst & Ernst and currently serves as President and Managing Partner of Comodromos Associates, P.A., a certified public accounting firm, co-founded with brother Michael D. Comodromos, since 1983.

  Served several positions on the Board of the Cyprus Federation of America and was elected to the position of the Supreme President for two continuous terms (1991-1995). Committed to the struggle for the application of the Rule of Law in liberating Cyprus from the Turkish occupation forces. Actively involved with a multitude of community, business and political projects, at both local and national levels.

  Award recipient of the Newcomen Society of America 1978 Award. Member of the Greek Orthodox Church and of the National Council of the Archons of the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle. Member of the Board of Directors of the NJ Hellenic Chamber of Commerce. Member of the American Institute of CPAs and the NJ Society of CPAs and of various other business and community organizations.
