Prior to joining Yellow, Myers was President and Chief Operating Officer of Phoenix-based America West Airlines and led a team credited with the company’s turnaround.  Before joining America West in January 1994, Myers was President and CEO of Honolulu-based Aloha Air Group.  He had been with Aloha since 1983.

Myers began his career with the Ford Motor Company in its financial management-training program.  From Ford, Myers went to Continental Airlines as Senior Director Passenger Market Development.
