As President and Chief Executive Officer of Ticketmaster Corp., Fred Rosen oversees the world's leading computerized ticket service. A New York City corporate law attorney/entrepreneur, he joined Ticketmaster in September 1982. A combination of business savvy, creative and innovative marketing techniques, an intense dedication to superior service and an eye toward technological innovation brought Ticketmaster from a struggling company with annual sales of less than $1,000,000 to an internationally respected corporation with current annual ticket sales of approximately two billion dollars.

In less than a decade, Ticketmaster has grown from a single operation in the Seattle area to phone centers and ticket outlets in more than 210 cities in the United States, South America, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Australia. More than 3,750 facilities and 85 professional sports franchises across the U.S. are exclusively represented by Ticketmaster including such venues as Radio City Music Hall, Madison square Garden, The Meadowlands Complex, which incudes the Continental Arena and Giants Stadium, the Great Western Forum, Universal Amphitheater, the Hollywood Bowl, Chicago's Rosemont Horizon, The Orlando Arena, The Miami Arena, The Palace at Auburn Hills in Michigan and the United Center in Chicago.

In August 1995, Rosen was appointed Chairman of Football LA, a task force to bring an NFL team to Los Angeles, by Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan. In 1994, Fred Rosen was presented the City of Hope National Medical Center's "Spirit of Life" award from the Music and Entertainment Industry Chapter of the City of Hope. In 1989, he was honored as the University of Southern California's Entrepreneur of the Year. Along with his dedication to servicing the ticket-buying public comes a deep-rooted commitment to give back to the community. Rosen is a contributor and active fundraiser for the city of Hope, where he sits on the executive committee of the Music Chapter and on the City of Hope National Board of Directors. He is also a board member of the California Institute of the Arts, Aids Project to Los Angeles, Simon Weisenthal Center, Rock the Vote, Very Special Arts, and is a trustee of Crossroads School.
