  Edward Neville Isdell served as Chief Executive Officer of The Coca-Cola Company from June 1, 2004 to July 2008. Mr. Isdell served as Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Beverages PLC from July 1989 to September 2000. In 2000, he negotiated a merger with Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC) to form Coca-Cola HBC, at the time the world's second-largest Coca-Cola bottler, and served as its Chief Executive Officer from September 2000 to December 2001. Mr. Isdell served as President of his own private investment company, as well as a Senior International Consultant to Doug Daft and the Coca-Cola system. He left Coca-Cola HBC in 2001 as Chief Executive Officer. He served as an International Consultant to The Coca-Cola Company from January 2002 to May 2004 and also served as its President for Greater Europe Group since 1995. Mr. Isdell joined Coca-Cola Company in 1966 with the local bottling company in Zambia. He moved to South Africa in 1972, where he became General Manager of the largest Coca-Cola bottler in that country. He was named Region Manager for Australia in 1980, and in 1981, he became President of the bottling joint venture between Coca-Cola Company and San Miguel Corporation in The Philippines, where he oversaw the turnaround and resurgence of Coca-Cola business in that key country. Mr. Isdell moved to Germany as Manager of the Central European Division for COCA COLA CO. in 1985. From 1989 to 1998, as Group President for North East Europe, the Middle East and Africa and one of five executives operating the worldwide business, he was responsible for opening or re-opening new markets in India, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. He serves as Chairman of his own private investment company. He serves as Chairman of Corporate Fund Board at John F. Kennedy Center For The Performing Arts. He served as Chairman of Coca-Cola Beverages PLC from July 1989 to September 2000. Mr. Isdell served as Chairman of the Board and Director of The Coca-Cola Company. from June 1, 2004 to April 2009. He served as Vice Chairman of Coca-Cola HBC from September 2000 to December 2001. He serves as a Director of Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines. Mr. Isdell served as an Independent Director of SunTrust Banks Inc. from December 9, 2004 to April 29, 2008. He served as a Director of General Motors Corporation from August, 2008 to July 8, 2009. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Scottish & Newcastle UK Limited (Formerly Scottish & Newcastle PLC) from November 2001 to May 31, 2004. Mr. Isdell serves as Chairman of the U.S.-Russia Business Council and chairman of the board of trustees of the International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF). He is a member of the board of trustees of the United States Council for International Business and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He serves as Chairman of the CIES (The Food Business Forum) Committee for the organization of The World Food Business Summit. He serves as a Director of General Motors Company. He serves as on the board of the Commerce Club and as a Trustee of Emory University. He is a lifetime trustee of Pace Academy.

He is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of the Global Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Mr. Isdell holds a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development.
