   In 1973 John Klein became Vice President of Operations for Molex, Inc., a three plants, $34.0 million company when he joined. During Mr. Klein’s tenure, Molex grew to over $600.0 million with 36 plants in 17 countries. While serving as Vice President, Molex’s net profits were never less than 12% of revenues. In 1984 Mr. Klein was awarded product champion of the year for leading a Technology Team in the development and manufacturing of a new product for AT&T, which produced the highest first year profits for a product in Molex’s thirty four year history.

   Criton Technologies is a privately held conglomerate of high technology companies which in 1985 John Klein was president of three. A chemical Processing Company, and a high-end microelectronics manufacturer both located in California. The third company is based outside of London, England which designed, marketed and manufactured high-end microelectronics for commercial and military operations.

   While being president and CEO of Zenith Laboratories, Inc., Director and member of the Zenith’s board of Directors during May of 1989 revenues grew from $39 mill to over 250 mill.

   In 1995 John Klein held several titles of IVAX North American Multi-Source Pharmaceutical Group. As President, Executive Officer, and as a member of IVAX’s Executive Committee he managed nine subsidiaries, nine plants, three distribution centers, and over 2,000 employees. It was then that Zenith merged with IVAX, Inc. The following January he was made Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the MIM Corporation.

   John Klein holds over 25 years experience in Chemical processing, high-end and microelectronics design, marketing, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, marketing, and management. He was the mastermind for world wide operations for over 20 years and has extensive experience in management, strategic alliances, acquisitions, and product development in high technology-based companies.

   He earned his BS and MBA at Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois, where his concetrated studies were in engineering, finance and science. At the age of 51 Mr. Klein enjoys competitive tennis and daily runs. He and his wife have five beautiful children.
