Lou was a founder of VSC, and has been a director and executive officer of the Company since its inception in 1979.  In addition to his VSC corporate duties, Lou has been a director of International Post Limited (a publicly traded company) since October, 1994.  Prior to founding VSC, he was with Ampex Corporation and the American Broadcasting Company in various sales and engineering management positions.  On August 27, 1997, VSC merged with International Post Limited and Lou is now the President and Chief Executive Officer of the merged companies , $90 million organization.  VSC is a leading technology and creative services provider for the video and broadcast industry worldwide.  Lou is a past Chairman of the Board of Governors and was a member of the Board of Trustees of Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, New York.  He has also served on the Board of Governors of the CYO Youth Ministries for the Archdioceses of Newark, New Jersey.
