Mr. Kazeminy is Chairman of NJK Holding Corporation, an investment company that he founded and owns. Other business concerns which he has founded or acquired include Minneapolis Leasing Corporation, XP Systems Corporation, CENTRA Benefit Services, Quorum Group, Inc., Drake ProMetric, Digital Insight Corporation, Certiport, Creative Publishing International, Deep Marine Technology, Content Analyst and Imaging Acceptance Corporation. A native of Iran who has lived in the United States for 35 years, Mr. Kazeminy has helped numerous distressed families come to the United States. He supports numerous charities and is particularly interested in the health, education and welfare of children and counsels young people in need of advice, direction and employment.
