For over 40 years, Nazario “Larry” Paragano has been involved as a commercial, industrial and residential builder as well as a real estate broker and a banker.  He has constructed office buildings, shopping centers, industrial building, and luxury homes in the areas of Short Hills, NJ and Cedar Grove, NJ. 

A list of tenants include: Dun & Bradstreet, Shearson/American Express, Equitable Life Insurance Company, General Electric, Acme Supermarkets, U.S. Postal Service, McCory’s, A&P Supermarkets, Broad National Bank, Owens-Corning and Cincinnati Bell Telephone among others. 

Mr. Paragano is a licensed real estate broker and maintains a real estate office specializing in commercial, retail and industrial real estate. 

He serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Paragano Family Foundation and is Vice President of the Board of Trustees of The Shepherds of youth. Mr. Paragano has received numerous awards including The Builder of the Year from the Metropolitan Home Builders of New Jersey, the Mayor’s Award for Rental and Commercial Re-Development, from the Township of Union, NJ and Man of the Year from the Italian-American Foundation.
