Robert Meister is Vice Chairman of Aon Risk Services & Co., the global insurance brokerage, risk consulting, reinsurance and employee benefits arm of the Aon Corporation. Aon is listed on the New York, London and Chicago Stock Exchanges and is internationally recognized in the life, accident and health, brokerage and specialty underwriting industries.

   Mr. Meister has been a distinguished member of the global risk management community for the past 20 years. He has been noted for his leadership abilities at several international brokerage firms where he has consistently held senior executive level positions. In 1975, he was employed by Alexander & Alexander where he received many honors for outstanding achievements. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Meister became a Director and Vice Chairman of Sedgwick James, Inc. and was regarded as the firm's senior diplomat for client relations. Since 1991, Mr. Meister has held the position of Vice Chairman of Aon Risk Services & Co. In addition to managing a team of Senior Account Directors, Mr. Meister acts as a National Resource on client relations for the firm's 13,000 employees.

   Mr. Meister is widely recognized for his civic and philanthropic leadership. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Ramco-Gershenson Inc., The Syms School of Business, UJA Federation of Greater New York - Major Gifts Division, YMCA of Greater NY, Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, Riverdale Country School, Jewish Theological Seminary of America - Library Division, and The Harvard Parents Resource Council.

  Mr. Meister has been the recipient of numerous honorariums including the Distinguished Community Service Award from Brandeis University, The Ellis Island Medal of Honor from The National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations, and the Distinguished Alumni Award from Pennsylvania State University.

  Mr. Meister received his B.S. Business Administration from Penn State University.
