Bob Golden personifies the American success story.  His grandparents came to the United States from Ireland to Ellis Island seeking greater opportunities.  They would be proud of their grandson who has risen to one of the top positions in one of the largest financial institutions in the world, Prudential.

Mr. Golden is a life long resident of New York City.  He was educated at Xaverian High School and Fordham University.  While working at Prudential Securities, Mr. Golden also achieved an MBA from Fordham University in 1978.  His talents and hard work have catapulted him to the top of the Parent Corporation (Prudential Financial, Inc.).  Mr. Golden is Head of Corporate Operations and Systems.

He is First Vice Chair of Heartshare Human Services of New York, member of Assembly of Stewards Archdiocese of New York and part trustee of Xaverian High School.  He has been honored by Catholic Guardian Society, Council of City of New York, Cathedral Club of Brooklyn, Franciscan Sisters of the Poor, The Salvation Army, St. Patrick’s Society of Brooklyn, Minority Interchange, Xaverian Brothers, Catholic Big Brothers, New York Aquarium, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Brooklyn, and Catholic Teachers Association.

He is proud of his selection in 1992 as The Grand Marshall of the Great Irish Fair for the Diocese of Brooklyn and from 1999 to 2003, he was named in the top 50 Irish Americans on Wall Street by Irish American Magazine.
