Thomas Sullivan was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1937.  He attended Culver Military Academy in Indiana, and graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.   

Mr. Sullivan has many civic and business affiliations such as the following:
Member of the Board and Executive Committee- National Paint and Coatings Association, Washington, D.C.; Trustee Emeritus, Culver Educational Foundation, Culver, Indiana;  Member of the Board of Trustees, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio; Member of the Board of Trustees, Cleveland Tomorrow, Cleveland, Ohio; Co-Chairman Board of Trustees, City Year Cleveland; Member of the Advisory Board, May Dugan Center, Cleveland, Ohio.  

Mr. Sullivan is currently Chairman and CEO of RPM, Inc. and its forerunner, Republic Powdered Metals in Medina, Ohio. He lives with his wife Sandra, and has 6 children.
